At Restoralux, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process to make things right.
We gladly accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Whether the item didn’t meet your expectations, arrived damaged, or you simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to send it back.
Every order includes a prepaid return label, which you’ll find inside the original package. Simply re-pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail location.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Please note:
– We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, simply return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
– Returned items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
