At Restoralux, we take pride in delivering a reliable and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how and when your order will be shipped.
We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not support international shipping at this time. Any orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or outside business hours will be processed on the next working day. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing during normal periods, and slightly longer during busy seasons or promotional events.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 2 to 5 working days. We work closely with our delivery partner to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and securely as possible. However, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, postal strikes, or high seasonal demand.
Shipping Method and Carrier:
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, our trusted national delivery partner. Royal Mail offers reliable service across the UK, ensuring your package arrives safely and on time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (when available), so you can follow your package’s progress.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your delivery details after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@restoralux.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries:
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days from the dispatch date, please check your tracking link (if provided) or contact us directly. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.
